Salamander Inn and Resort

New construction of 168 room, 230,000 square foot luxury resort hotel and spa. Installation of 3200A service, Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS), and 650 KW generator. Total contract was over $10,000,000. Owner terminated due to economic factors. The $8,700,000 is the approved amount of work completed at time of termination. Project was restarted in the summer of 2012 and due to be completed in the summer of 2013.
